Few places in the world pack in as much as London's West End. Soho, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus sit side by side, with dozens of theatres between them. The best West End hotels in London put you right in the middle of it all.
Every hotel here is within walking distance of Theatreland, so you can stroll to a show and back without a taxi. The collection mixes stylish five-star hotels, some with private screening rooms and rooftop terraces, with design-led favourites and smart, well-priced choices.
Days and evenings start right outside the door. Head out for a pre-theatre dinner in Soho, a late drink in Covent Garden or shopping on Regent Street and Piccadilly. For a theatre weekend, this is where I'd stay.
